We had a lovely family stay with our two kids at this charming hotel. The spacious Deluxe Family Room offered breathtaking sea views, and the kids enjoyed the extensive activities, including family quizzes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, setting us up for our daily adventures nearby.
My kids wished the outdoor pool opened earlier than noon.

The spacious deluxe family room offered breathtaking sea views and was beautifully clean, making for a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short, with numerous service errors and an extended wait for breakfast, frustratingly lasting up to 2 hours. The indoor pool had accessibility issues that need addressing for a seamless experience. the hotel had much promise but requires significant improvements in service efficiency and guest experience training.

I enjoyed the spacious Deluxe Double Room with Sea View. The sea view from my room was stunning and added a lovely ambiance to our stay. Breakfast had a great variety, featuring fresh pastries that were delightful. Staff showed friendliness and attentiveness throughout our time at the hotel, which made us feel welcome. the swimming pool was closed during my visit. The hotel facilities appeared a bit dated, and some areas could use a good clean. In our room, I noticed some staining on the towels, and the overall decor felt tired. Parking charges were an additional expense that I didn't expect, which felt inconvenient.

The stunning sea views from the spacious balcony were a highlight during the stay, and the comfortable beds provided a restful night. The indoor spa facilities, including a clean hot tub and quiet steam room, were relaxing. However, the drink prices were surprisingly high, and the outdated decor was noticeable despite the overall cleanliness. Additionally, the outdoor pool accessibility could be improved for those with mobility issues.

Crikey! The breakfasts were a proper delight, with a smashing spread of options to get your day going. Plus, the nearby No 7 Fish Bistro was a real treat for the taste buds, just a stroll away! Oh, and let’s not forget the outdoor pool – perfect for a refreshing dip under the Torquay sun.
On the flip side, our Deluxe King room was a bit of a letdown—tired facilities with a cramped bathroom and a shower curtain that clung like a long-lost mate. Plus, the coffee machine was on strike during our whole stay. Even asked for Baileys on our first night, and they’d run dry. Talk about a bummer!
